How To Update HDRtist

HDRtist is a photography app for macOS that is developed by Ohanaware Co., Ltd.

Most of the time updating any app on macOS is pretty easy. Why update HDRtist? Because updates usually contain security fixes and other improvements that keep your Mac safe and performant. Keeping all your Mac's apps up-to-date is an essential part of maintaining the security and performance of your machine — personally running the latest version of everything on my Mac keeps my mind at ease.

Today I'll show you an easy way to install the very latest version of HDRtist onto your Mac, and a really good way to be notified of new updates. Let's get straight to it!

1. The standard and easiest way to update HDRtist

First, we need to open the App Store:



Next, in the App Store window click on the "Updates" section of the sidebar then tap on Update next to the HDRtist icon:


The update to HDRtist will now install automatically, easy wasn't it?!

2. Check for the latest version of HDRtist with iBoostUp's Check My Apps function:

 - Open iBoostUp (download free, or search for it on the App Store).
 - Click "Check My Apps".
 - Click "Check my Applications Now".




This will check for updates to HDRtist and all other apps on your Mac. Using iBoostUp's Check My Apps is the optimal way to check for updates to HDRtist and other apps you have installed all in one go, regardless of where you installed them from!
