How To Update Growl

Growl is a utilities app for macOS that is developed by Growl.

Most of the time updating any app on macOS is pretty easy. Why update Growl? Because updates usually contain security fixes and other improvements that keep your Mac safe and performant. 1. The standard way to update Growl

First, we need to open the app:


Next, on Growl's menubar, click on "Check For Updates..." or a similar menu item:


If there is an update to Growl, you will be prompted to install it — pretty easy.

2. Check for the latest version of Growl with iBoostUp's Check My Apps function:

 - Click "Check My Apps".
 - Click "Check my Applications Now".
