How To Uninstall SystemLifeguard

1. The standard and easiest way to uninstall SystemLifeguard:

2. How to remove SystemLifeguard using the Terminal:

 - Open the macOS Terminal from Applications > Utilities.
 - Type killall "System Lens", hit ENTER
 - Type rm -rf "/Applications/System Lens.app", then hit ENTER.
 - If that fails, try typing sudo rm -rf "/Applications/System Lens.app"
 - Now type rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.delveapps.systemlifeguard, hit ENTER.
