How To Uninstall PhotoStitch

1. The standard and easiest way to uninstall PhotoStitch:

First, we need to make sure the app isn't running, so lets open Force Quit (from the Apple menu on the top left of your screen) and terminate the app if you see it running:


 - Now, open your Applications folder.
 - Right-click on "PhotoStitch".
 - Click on "Move to Bin" (or "Move to Trash" on older versions of macOS)

2. How to remove PhotoStitch using the Terminal:

 - Open the macOS Terminal from Applications > Utilities.
 - Type killall PhotoStitch, hit ENTER
 - Type rm -rf "/Applications/Canon Utilities/PhotoStitch/Program/PhotoStitch.app", then hit ENTER.
 - If that fails, try typing sudo rm -rf "/Applications/Canon Utilities/PhotoStitch/Program/PhotoStitch.app"
 - Now type rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.canon.photostitch, hit ENTER.

This will remove PhotoStitch from your Mac, but some supporting and related files will be left behind. Read on for how to remove those.

3. Completely remove PhotoStitch and related files using iBoostUp's Uninstaller:

 - Open iBoostUp (download free, or search for it on the App Store).
 - Click "App Uninstaller".
 - Click "Select Application", then select "PhotoStitch" from the list and click "Uninstall".
 - Enter your password if prompted, you may choose to skip this by clicking cancel — note that skipping this prompt will leave some files behind that you can remove manually, these will be shown as 'skipped' on the results screen.

This will remove PhotoStitch and all related files from your Mac.
