How To Uninstall Blizzard Downloader

1. The standard and easiest way to uninstall Blizzard Downloader:

First, we need to make sure the app isn't running, so lets open Force Quit (from the Apple menu on the top left of your screen) and terminate the app if you see it running:


 - Now, open your Applications folder.
 - Right-click on "Blizzard Downloader".
 - Click on "Move to Bin" (or "Move to Trash" on older versions of macOS)

2. How to remove Blizzard Downloader using the Terminal:

 - Open the macOS Terminal from Applications > Utilities.
 - Type killall "Blizzard Downloader", hit ENTER
 - Type rm -rf "/Applications/Blizzard Downloader.app", then hit ENTER.
 - If that fails, try typing sudo rm -rf "/Applications/Blizzard Downloader.app"
 - Now type rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.blizzard.downloader, hit ENTER.

3. Completely remove Blizzard Downloader and related files using iBoostUp's Uninstaller:

 - Open iBoostUp (download free, or search for it on the App Store).
 - Click "App Uninstaller".
 - Click "Select Application", then select "Blizzard Downloader" from the list and click "Uninstall".
 - Enter your password if prompted, you may choose to skip this by clicking cancel — note that skipping this prompt will leave some files behind that you can remove manually, these will be shown as 'skipped' on the results screen.

This will remove Blizzard Downloader and all related files from your Mac.
