How To Uninstall adobe_licensing_helper

1. The standard and easiest way to uninstall adobe_licensing_helper:

First, we need to make sure the app isn't running, so lets open Force Quit (from the Apple menu on the top left of your screen) and terminate the app if you see it running:


 - Now, open your Applications folder.
 - Right-click on "adobe_licensing_helper".
 - Click on "Move to Bin" (or "Move to Trash" on older versions of macOS)

2. How to remove adobe_licensing_helper using the Terminal:

 - Open the macOS Terminal from Applications > Utilities.
 - Type killall adobe_licensing_helper, hit ENTER
 - Type rm -rf "/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Application Manager/P7/adobe_licensing_helper.app", then hit ENTER.
 - If that fails, try typing sudo rm -rf "/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Application Manager/P7/adobe_licensing_helper.app"
 - Now type rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.adobe.ngl.p7helper, hit ENTER.

3. Completely remove adobe_licensing_helper and related files using iBoostUp's Uninstaller:

 - Open iBoostUp (download free, or search for it on the App Store).
 - Click "App Uninstaller".
 - Click "Select Application", then select "adobe_licensing_helper" from the list and click "Uninstall".
 - Enter your password if prompted, you may choose to skip this by clicking cancel — note that skipping this prompt will leave some files behind that you can remove manually, these will be shown as 'skipped' on the results screen.
